"Don't sacrifice what you want most for what you want now. Write down what you want most and see it often." peter vidmar

“Everyone works hard when they want to, when they get quick results, when it's convenient to put forth effort. The best work hard when they don't want to, when it's inconvenient to give it that little extra effort... and that extra effort might be just what they need to place them on top.

If organizations and individuals are going to thrive in any environment, they will need to take calculated risks, continually innovate, and take their products or service to entirely new levels of performance. This process never ends. For over 20 years, Olympic Champion Peter Vidmar has effectively communicated these principles to tens of thousands of people, in virtually every industry in America. Using his effective trademark concept of "Risk, Originality, and Virtuosity," Peter’s unique presentations give audiences a fresh perspective on how to motivate employees, improve morale, and encourage new ways of thinking.

" A good name is better than anything you can achieve in this life" Coach K Mike krzyzewski

This quote correctly conveys the meaning that building a good name meaning a good character and moral attitude is better than winning anything or being number one. Anyone in this world can be number one at something but how they get there, now that is questionable. Furthermore, one way in where you can build a good name for yourself is to have a positive attitude. Having a positive attitude can be contagious in many ways and can also be used to motivate others. Additionally, if you think positive and act in accordance to any policy than you are being obedient which is also helpful in building a good name for yourself. Conclusively, you want to be remembered as a good charismatic person so you must have a good demeanor and a fantastic reputation.

The Company was established as a Guild in 1929 in order to ensure that pilots and navigators of the (then) fledgling aviation industry were accepted and regarded as professionals. From the beginning, the Guild was modelled on the lines of the Livery Companies of the City of London, which were originally established to protect the interests and standards of those involved in their respective trades or professions. In 1956, the Guild was formally recognised as a Livery Company. In 2014, it was granted a Royal Charter in the name of the Honourable Company of Air Pilots.
